Return and Refund

We want you to feel completely comfortable choosing Larmace. If your purchase doesn’t work out or arrives with an issue, we’re here to help. Please review the return and refund policy below and contact us anytime if you have questions—we’ll do our best to make things right.

>> Warranty

For all LARMACE furniture come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

** Please note: This warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults only. Accidental damage, misuse, or wear and tear are NOT covered.**

>> 30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify, the item must be in its original condition (unused, with tags, and in the original packaging), and you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at contact@larmace.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Please note that returns sent back without approval will not be accepted.

>> Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • All items must be in the same condition as received: unassembled, with tags, in original packaging, and with receipt or proof of purchase.
  • When returning or exchanging items, please use a shipping method with tracking.

>> Non-returnable items:

  • No refunds or exchanges on sale/Clearance items or gift cards.
  • Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.

>> Returns Outside the 30-Day Window

If you wish to make a return outside of the 30-day window(new or used), then if the item to be returned is in new and unused condition, you may return the item subject to the return shipping charges.

>> Quality Issues – Returns & Exchanges

Larmace is committed to providing reliable after-sales service. If your item has a quality issue, we offer free returns or exchanges.

When requesting a return or exchange, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the damage
  • Photos of the damaged area

If the damage was caused by the carrier, please send us:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged outer carton
  • A clear photo of the shipping label
  • A photo of the product barcode on the box

We will arrange free return/exchange service and file a claim with the shipping carrier.

>> Change of Mind or Brought Wrong Item

  • If you bought the wrong item or no longer want it (non-quality issue), we can accept a return, but return shipping will be at your expense.
  • To help you save money and reduce waste , we can also offer a partial refund if you choose to keep the product instead of sending it back.

>> Order Cancellation

We’re sorry to hear that our product may not fully meet your needs.

If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. And we will refund full of your money.

**Please note:**

Once a tracking number has been created and your order has been handed to the carrier, we’re no longer able to cancel the order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.

If you don’t see the refund after that:

  1. Check your bank or card account again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary.

If you still haven’t received it, please email us at contact@larmace.com.

Return Charge

  • If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you.
  • If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size/color/material), the buyer should pay the freight.
  • Restocking fee.We also can offer partal refund to keep the product options.

Refusal Delivery (20USD/ Box)

We cannot intercept or cancel orders that have already shipped out from LARMACE's warehouse.

If you want to cancel an order after it shipped out, or refuse delivery of an order, we reserve the right to charge a fixed fee of 20USD/ Box for each box to cover our shipping costs.

Returns of Assembled/Used Items(50%)

Any items returned in a used/assembled condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase subject to the return shipping charges and a restocking fee in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price. Items must be free of any damage.
