>> Shipping
- Generally, your order will be processed within 1–2 business days after it is placed. This is the time between when you submit your order and when we hand it over to the delivery carrier.
- Orders are usually shipped within 4–5 business days after your payment is confirmed. Please note that orders placed on weekends may take a little longer to ship.
- Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during regular business hours, excluding holidays. During holiday periods, we do our best to keep any shipping delays to a minimum.
- If your delivery is significantly delayed, we’ll send you a generous coupon as a small thank-you for your patience.
>> Tracking
- Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number (it usually becomes active within 24 hours, sometimes a bit longer during holidays or busy times).
- Tracking updates may take 48–72 hours to appear.
- If you’re unable to see any updates, please contact us and we’ll help sort it out within 48 hours.
>> Couriers
- We ship all orders within the United States using trusted carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS (for small parcels).
- All items are dispatched from our U.S. local warehouses.
- We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders, with delivery available to the contiguous United States only (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and U.S. protectorates).
- Please note: No taxes are charged on any order.
>> Address Changes
- You can contact us to change your shipping address or order details any time before your order is processed and a tracking number is created.
- Once a tracking number has been generated, we’re no longer able to change the delivery or shipping information.
- Please make sure your contact details and shipping address are correct when placing your order. Thank you for your understanding!
>> Order Cancellation
We’re sorry to hear that our product may not fully meet your needs.
If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
